Too high operating temperatures reduce the luminous efficacy and service life of an LED significantly, and lead to considerably higher energy and maintenance costs. Therefore, it is very important to us to have optimised thermal management, whose task it is to have the best possible dissipation of LED operating heat. We develop the matching cooling system tailored to the specific requirements and construction of different light types.
For example, we devloped active water cooling for our high-performance boards, which can dissipate up to 2000 watts of heat via ducts in the millimetre range without significantly increasing the dimensions of the light.
Hence, the right thermal management is the guarantee of permanently achieving the greatest light efficiencies in the smalles space in the best quality.
