High-precision LED measurements are everything when it comes to quality assurance.
We would like to provide measurable quality across the entire line. Therefore every semiconductor product lands on the test bench at Quazhar before it is built. Through the latest measurement technology such as, for example, spectro/goniophotometers, sensor cameras with up to 5000x magnification or Ulbricht spheres, the light spectrum, light distribution curve (LDC) and colour reproduction (CRI) are measured for every LED board.
Only the interplay between these exact measuring methods with permanent quality control make it possible to guarantee constant high quality over the entire manufacturing process.
